communicating with your customers
I reached out to find out status on a shipment that I placed an order on. apparently they didn't have the correct item in stock and had to order it. I paid extra for overnite shipping. I had to call them to find out status. I emailed them a couple of times and never receives a reply. UPS 's website was the only reason I knew there was an issue because it showed vendor cancelled pick up. The communication with the person paying for an order should be priority. Communication is big in any type of situation.
