This company can improve by supporting its customers. The return offer they provide is insulting. Ordering from them is so typical of the customer service provided by most Chinese based companies. A frustrating and costly rip off! The experience of ordering on line from these types of companies encourages me to go back to inn-person shopping.!
This company is a total rip off. Do not trust them, they will lie to get your money and rip you off. The PayPal protection is not helpful as long as they keep replying. Trying to refund Pennie’s on the dollar. Garbage company.
Capriceapp is a rip-off. They advertised in AUD but charged USD. They added an extra 9USD on top of advertised price. The same product they sold me for approximately $60 incl postage is sold by Temu for $7 free shipping. Product arrived and was useless. Did not work as advertised so I returned it at my expense for $20 to China and now they are claiming to PayPal I didn't return ALL of it just so they don't have to refund me. This line of no refund as you didn't return all of it is a tactic not to refund as my friend complained of same thing.
Steer clear.
