Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. We ordered through Uber Eats and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes, yet our food never arrived. To make matters worse, we were still charged for a pizza we never received.
No communication, no explanation, and no effort to resolve the issue. Waiting that long only to end up with no food and being out of pocket is completely unacceptable.
I won’t be ordering from Capri Pizza Newport again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.
Gorgeous food and lovely people
Great food and lovely atmosphere. Fabulous cozy restaurant run by lovely people. Very Italian. Highly recommended.
