Great product, even greater customer service
Great product, even greater customer experience.
I ordered a cap a few months ago, and have been wearing it almost on a daily basis since then. More recently, I made new orders that I had to cancel, and the customer service team were not only responsive (used Messenger via Facebook) but very helpful and quickly cancelled the orders.
Will definitely buy there again, and strongly recommend to any cap lovers.

A personized cap... makes the world smile!
If you want to convey a personal message, personalizing a cap makes the difference. We decided to communicate our nicknames as new grandparents with two caps. Having "Nanou" and "Papou" on our blue washed cap was an immediate succes in our family. Then I have also the red washed cap with "Padre" the nickname I got from my two sons. When wearing this cap I often get compliments from Gen Z'ers. I got also a couple of other non personalized caps, kaki, brown and black, all washed colors, that add the extra touch with the cloths I wear at work or for leisure. The good news? Good fit, and no hassle with ordering and delivery. I'm a caps apparel fan.

Sticky start happy ending
My order was received promptly but there was a quality issue
I contacted company who requested pics of fault. I sent pics and was advised a replacement would be posted out
Weeks elapsed I did not receive it and was advised that it had been lost in the post but was now located.
I received the product yesterday it is great quality and uber funky the intended recipient will love it m.
Although actually getting the cap was a palaver the communication from the company was great and they were unerringly pleasant
I would order from them again just allow a long lead in

Well made and a good comfy fit
Well made and a good comfy fit. Cozy and having your ears covered just adds to the feeling of warmth. I have tried others with a similar style but found the bits that covered your ears let the air in when it was windy and they flapped about! These ones don’t and fut snuggly around your whole head and keeps your ears warm.
