Warm,looks good and easy to store

Love the products this company makes and their customer service. My fisherman’s beanie fits smoothly on my head, keeps me warm and looks good and when I take it off is so easy to put on my jacket pocket.

Amazing quality hats

The hats I got were really nice quality, and very accurate to what the images online were.

Both the beanie, which looked really nice and a high quality in the images, and the baseball cap I ordered (which was fluffy!) were identical to what I had seen online, which was amazing because 90% of online purchases are never quite like what you see.

Delivery was very quick too, overall a great experience!

Definitely a reputable company and one that I'll be ordering future hats from!

Worn Fisherman.

Worn Fisherman.
Pictured to look like a sturdy cap but it’s literally just a cheap beanie, very poor quality, came from a factory in China when I looked at the tracking.
A product did show up so not a total loss but don’t think that this is an in house operation.

Great customer support and smooth resolution

There was a delay with my international order, and the tracking showed it might be lost at one point. I contacted customer support, and they were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. They followed up with the carrier and kept me updated until the package was safely delivered. Really appreciate the support and the way they handled the situation.

Item never received; no reply from customer service

Two weeks in, I haven’t received my order; shipping is described as 5 working days, tracked. On tracking, the item isn’t in the continent.

I’ve reached out to customer service but had no reply.

Disappointing as I really want the hat; absolutely fine with a delay, if they were just to advise that.

Not great.
