The service is not bad overall. I have placed nine orders with them, and only two have gone wrong. That being said, when things do go wrong, they really go wrong. The first issue I encountered was with Modern Warfare 3. Here's what I learned: when your account sits inactive for weeks and you have to message the person handling your order, you're in trouble. I was frustrated to the point where I started working on my own account because I was tired of waiting.

Eventually, they attempted to offer me something else instead of the package I originally ordered, which was a clear sign that I was in serious trouble. The end result was that I didn't even receive what they promised, and they closed the order with most of the work done by me, leaving me disappointed after weeks—if not months—of waiting.

In the beginning, talking to support didn’t help; instead of looking for a solution, they made me feel like I was the one who was crazy or wrong. After many back-and-forth discussions, I had my personal information exposed for everyone to see. Thankfully, I eventually got in touch with a representative who helped me remove that information after the support team laughed at me and insisted I was mistaken. By that point, I had switched most of my business over to another company, which promised it wouldn’t happen again.

However, I tried again with the company with ARC Raiders I ignored the signs when they failed to log in for weeks, and my follow-ups went unanswered. They had promised me a deal of 2 million and other cool items. While waiting for them, I opened another account that I maxed out, even getting additional company assistance for 24 hours straight, but I still wasn’t close to receiving the promised packages. I didn’t receive a single blueprint that I didn’t already have, and although I had leveled up many benches, they still didn't level up the last one.

Let’s break down the costs:
- $349.99 for the Ultimate Power Leveling Package = Delivered and fine
- $300 for funding expeditions, = Delivered and fine
- $269.00 for power leveling again = not delivered in full and cost me gear and items of mine sold to met the level the pro did.
- $12.99 for scrappy leveling.= Delivered and fine

That totals $1,031.97. The outcome left me with an account that wasn’t even close to the value of their starter pack, which is $79.99. I also invested two weeks into the account and paid another company to work on it, moving items and blueprints from my other account to boost its value.

Regarding the 2 million they promised, they took the amount I earned with the other company, sold all the epic items—including a lot of snow globes—and when the account reached a million, they stopped. They did not get me the 2 million as promised; instead, they sold my items and used the available money from others playing the account since they hadn’t logged in for over a month. I wasted so much time trying to follow up and get everything done.

After over a week, I started another account from scratch and managed to max it out on my own, gathering plenty of items and money to transfer to the account that the pro was supposed to be working on. I never checked to see if the expedition was maxed out; maybe I should do that now. The account was so poorly managed that I’ve decided to hand it over to the next expedition because it’s just not worth the effort.

I submitted a report to the company, but of course, nothing was done except for the pro reaching out to me. I don’t have the time to go through that game again. They did the initial level boost and expedition, but they didn’t come close to delivering on the power leveling.

I’ve learned that there are better companies available that are much cheaper. When things are going well, it’s easy to overlook when a professional becomes lazy and tries to cheat you; it really puts you at a loss. I have screenshots and reports sent to the company if anyone needs proof. I requested them to close my account over a week ago at least twice, but it's still active. At least in Stella, I can farm 100,000 or more with a free loadout in under 20 minutes, making it easy to gain maximum rewards from expeditions.
