Customer service resolved mistakes
Update to my review, I have been contacted to replace the item, they have resolved any issues rectifying their mistake. I'm a believer that admitting too and rectifying mistakes should be praised rather than discouraged I've asked my ratings as above.
I'm a long time lover of their mustache wax, fragrances, conditioner, shaving soap, moisturiser... And so on.
I in all honesty expected good customer service considering their portrayal as a gentleman's emporium.
However I purchased one of their wallets two and a half months ago and in normal use it is coming apart already. I made contact with them and I got a mostly generic reply that as it didn't fall apart in 28 days they won't do anything, seeming to ignore the consumer rights act section 9 that there's an expectation of quality. I'd understand that if I'd got this for £5 and it lasted a couple of months but this is a £40 wallet that has been in my pocket during office work and going shopping so it's not even been used hard.
The dismissive response ignorant of their obligations under the consumer rights act has left a sour taste in my mouth.
Depending on their reply to my email making them aware of the above they can either fix it or I'll have to just file a chargeback and find a better company to get my grooming products from.
