Everything was fine except that their credit card processor put two pending charges on my card for a single order. It took about a week for the second pending charge to be removed.

I used captain jacks to freeze and send my own catch this summer, so when I ran out of fresh fish, no other could compare. I got online and ordered more and it was here in a day. Best tasting fish on the planet.

I have been purchasing seafood products from Captain Jack's since visiting Seward, Alaska several years ago. I have tried almost all of their products and all of them have been excellent. Their service is great and the shipping is incredibly reliable. Products always arrive to my house within 15 minutes of the estimated time.

I have ordered from Captain Jack's for 2-3 years now and I can tell you with confidence that this is the freshest Seafood you will ever get. When it thaws you can't even smell the fish it is so fresh. They must clean it and freeze it immediately. I love this place! TRUSTPILOT has me living in the UK, but I live in Vermont, USA!

Captain Jacks has the same top notch service shopping from home in Georgia that it did at their family operated market in Seward AK when we were there 6 years ago! Amazing seafood products matched with friendly/dependable service is the best you can ask for!
