Excellent product, excellent shipping - my parents love their holiday package of halibut and scallops. Their friends always ask when their next shipment will arrive so they can prepare group dinners.

Sadly, we did not receive our order. The day it was scheduled to arrive passed, and when I investigated, it was still in transit, had to be destroyed and a new order was rescheduled for a few days later. That day also passed with no crab arriving! Although Stephanie offered to re-ship another for after the holidays, that was too late for our plans!
I received a phone call from the shipping company AFTER the order was cancelled, and had to explain. Then, on Christmas day, I received another phone call from FedEx, asking if I wanted the shipment delivered that day, as they had it sitting here in Phoenix and ready for delivery. I of course declined, but was very bummed indeed!

By far the best Alaskan King Crag Legs we have ever had. This is our second Christmas in a row ordering from Captain Jack's & do not see going elsewhere in the future.

Ordered king crab legs from Captain Jack's Seafood Locker. The legs were clean,whole, and large. Beautiful king crabs legs, with a fresh, sweet taste. Great value for the money, ordered 7 pounds to get the flat rate shipping, via FedEx. Better to put the money into additional king crab legs, instead of shipping cost. Will order other products from them. Overall an excellent experience.

Was very tasty, had a lot of black spots on 3/4 of the legs I received, visually unappealing but still very good flavor.They were
large fresh and meaty ,enjoyed by all at Christmas dinner!

My experience happened to be great! Because of my last minute decision to send a Christmas package a week before Christmas, I was worried it wouldn't be able to get there on time. I called and talked to a lady who I know was extremely busy with the holiday season but kindly took the time to help me figure out a way to get a package to where I needed it to go. Without hesitation she volunteered to take it to the post office right away over her lunch hour since fedex didn't deliver to this destination. The package reached the young man before Christmas and I am grateful for her efforts. I would definitely recommend Captain Jack's Seafood Locker to anyone.

The crab arrived a day late for the party and had 2 claws that was what they called dirty. Super tasty and big in size. So we had to have 2 parties to eat them.. So not all bad.
