Great customer service. Easy for generation captions

The old version of the app was much better and deserves a rating of 5. The new version is heavily simplified and lacks extra features. It might be fine for casual users and children, but for video editors, such a change is unacceptable.

Is a really good app it helped me a lot and is really easy to use , i 100% recomend it.

Good tools just weren’t for me. I ended up deleting my account and got charged again…. Customer service was on top of it tho immediately which I appreciated gave me a refund etc. All around a pretty good app and good customer service. If it fits your needs it’s a solid pick.

I accidentally paid for the 12-month service when I wanted to try out Captions. When I realised my $200 mistake I contacted Captions' Customer Service. The reply was prompt, the refund was prompt and I cannot thank Sam enough for the excellent service he gave me with total professionality. Thank you Sam and Captions. I will continue to use their services.

I had a "user error" situation and needed immediate help. The chat had an immediate solution and I was back to work in just a couple of minutes.

Have always had a very positive experience using this app. Even when something I needed clarity on would occur, they responded right away and helped find solutions. It's easy to use and we have grown our social media following substantially by using it over the past 6 months.

Customer service is efficient and fast, and the AI-powered Reel editing is excellent—it saves me a lot of time on editing.

Captions is a really cool and great app! I love the different styles they offer and how easy it can be to generate images or sound effects based on the videos that I upload. I do wish for some more template styles and also the AI images could be a bit better in terms of it not looking "too AI" but just right. I also find it a bit of a struggle having to constantly redo my caption style whenever I want to fix just one thing. It seems to make me start from scratch every time. Other than that though it's a pretty solid app. Customer service is a 10/10!!!

I was having some login problems with my current account and I had to contact support. What a great experience. People (or agents, not sure) were really patient and they finally managed to solve the problem.

I purchased the app, but found that it didn't have the features I needed. I canceled the auto-renewal and took a chance by requesting a refund. Within 15 minutes, I received a response, and they approved the refund. This is almost an unheard-of customer service experience. The app looks awesome, and I wish it was what I needed. If you use it, you are with a company that cares about its customers.

Customer service is great, the best in my opinion, captions ai is very cool but unfortunately I didn't need it at this time

I subscribed to Captions Max but quickly realized that the web version did not include some of the specific editing features I needed for my Chromebook workflow.

This was not Captions’ fault, as I had been incorrectly advised about the features available on my platform. I contacted their support team, explained the situation honestly, and they canceled my subscription and issued a full refund immediately.

The response was fast, professional and fair. Even though the software ultimately wasn’t the right fit for my particular needs, the quality and integrity of their customer service deserve to be recognized.

Love the program and ease of use. The finished products exceeded my expectations every time. We simply stopped using it as we didn't need it any longer but if the circumstances change we will definitely be coming back to Captions

THey get paid and when take your crédits away even if you didnt use it

The product didn’t quite fit my workflow, but the support experience was excellent. The team was quick, polite, and refunded my $11.99 payment almost immediately, with no hassle at all. Really appreciated how smooth and straightforward the whole process was.

The video creation via Ai edit is very helpful. More than the tool the customer service is really, they are helpful in resolving the issues and guiding me to use the app in effecient manner!!

I wasn't ready yet for the subscription in my workflow but was blown away when I asked for help with cancelling that I actually got reply the same day with help to cancel when I wanted to! Appreciate the great customer service and not scammy!
