Customer service is great
Services are great, used it for only a month, some parts of the ai are a bit buggy as to be expected with any ai and some parts take some manual editing in software to get perfect but overall decent. Was really pleased with email customer support

Quality App With Quality Customer Service
This app has saved me so much time! I enjoy talking to the camera and letting Captions.ai do the rest. The videos are professional and there are so many eye catching templates that you’re sure to find one that suits your vibe.
I got locked out of the website, and contacted customer service. They were quick to answer and provided help all the way until figuring out the issue.
This is a great app and highly recommend if you are a content creator or business owner, this app hundred percent saves time with quality outcomes!

Excellent and fast customer service
I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription before it renewed and contacted Captions to ask if they could help. Their customer support responded very quickly, cancelled my subscription and processed a full refund without any hassle.

Stuff like this really makes me upset. Youre quick to take my money and slow to respond too send it back. I never even used this app more than once the ai feature misused my information changes my whole faces, videos are messy, please can you send me my money back! I have been using captions.ai for almost 2 years now and it has made putting captions in my videos honestly very easy. A few clicks and you have After Effect level captions ready. I would suggest captions.ai to everyone.
