As a first-time podcaster, I really appreciated the straightforward layout of the site, and the willingness of the Captivate.fm team to respond to questions and requests for help. I was able to get my trailer up in very little time, and everything I need to move forwards is there.

More flexible than other hosts, higher quality audio and a website with your own domain all included! At much the same price as everyone else. I love it

I contacted Captivate via the chat feature, typed in the issue, pressed "send". Due to everything being slowed down by Covid the obligatory message about delays popped up saying that it'd be 1-2 hours until someone got back to me. Within 7 minutes, I had a reply, and the issue was resolved. In this Covid ravaged world where people routinely use Covid as an excuse, Captivate overcame the excuse and solidly delivered. I am absolutely sold on Captivate as the provider for podcast hosting for Jerry Geleff Media, and the customer service piece is no small part of it.

Excellent service provider. I unfortunately had to cancel the service because another vendor I work with added podcast hosting inclusive in my package and even though it's not as good as captivate it served my minimal needs. But if that weren't the case I'd be happily with Captivate and still highly recommend them. And they were even super helpful and pleasant through the process of leaving them, which says a lot about this company. Great folks and great product.

All is well. We've just been finding that we need more research time than we had first anticipated, thus the time between posted Pod Casts. We've got another podcast completed. We are just reviewing it to make sure it is communicating what we want to communicate.

Captivate's podcast tools are easy to use, quick to learn, and fun to work with. Our podcasts went from simple audio players in blog posts to professional, branded, and user-friendly web pages. I love that every feature is available with even the lowest priced plan, and there is no cost to adding additional podcasts. The podcast network feature is an added bonus for those who create multiple podcasts, and the web page for the network looks fabulous.

I use the WordPress integration, so I can easily add episodes to my website. We have had no issues with our site since we started using Captivate Sync; its a great tool. The distribution features from Captivate get my episodes out to every platform within minutes. which helps my followers on various platforms get new episodes as soon as I upload them.

The team at Captivate is very responsive, and every time I have had a question, the chat feature has been useful. I also like the email updates and the personal communication I've received from Mark. It feels like the company is genuinely invested in my success as a podcaster and the value I receive from their product.

I really couldn't be happier with the way this platform works. It's ALL there. I simply upload the audio and BOOM, it's distributed EVERYWHERE!

I have been very impressed with Captivate so far and they have been so super helpful when I've had a question. It's a very easy platform to use and very adaptable for every application I have wanted to use it for.

Captivate was recommended to me by my editor and I am so glad she made the recommendation. It was so easy to port my content over and the support team was amazing. I had trouble getting my content moved over and the support team stuck with me (responding rapidly) with answers and even what to say to my previous hosting service. The analytics are easy to read and understand even for a beginner like me. Highly recommend to everyone whether new or experienced try Captivate. You will love it too.

Fantastic podcast host. Great comprehensive statistics, brilliant UI and wonderful support teams - real people who answer your queries quickly, politely and concisely. Can't say enough good things about them. If you're looking for a great podcast host, you need to join Captivate.

I recently launched my first podcast and chose to host it with Captivate after it was recommended to me by several people. I have been incredibly impressed by how responsive the support team at Captivate are. I asked them some questions about displaying their player on my website and the level of support and advice they gave me went far above and beyond what I was expecting. I also like how easy to use their platform is - it is all very intuitive and really handy to be able to see my stats quickly and easily.

Captivate gives me awesome analytics and embedding tools. They also provided me with great customer service to help me embed the player on my website.

Rarely have I run across a company who takes their Customer Service as seriously as the cats at Captivate.fm. I'm a former National Radio Host and current Podcaster of two podcasts, The Thriller Zone and Naked Monday, and these fine folks have made the job of launching and distributing (nearly) pain free; sure there were a few hiccups at the start, but they never lost patience and always went out of their way to be sure I got all the attention I needed. A supreme shoutout to my mate, Danny, who went "beyond the call of duty." I mean it, these guys are the BEST at what they do; between their costs, their service, and their education (Thanks, Mark), they stand heads & shoulders above many other companies I've dealt with before (amazing how little help you get when you're leaving another company). Anyhow, I told them I'd "gladly sing the praises of Captivate, especially as it pertains to their superior Customer Service," and here it us. Woo-Hoo!

The interface, the support and the overall experience and ease of use of this Captivate.fm platform has been truly impressive and made launching my 1st podcast a real pleasure. Posting the pods and basic distribution are intuitive and easy to do. The analytics are also well displayed and super helpful. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Gives you everything you need for one price, no hidden costs, easy to use and a very approachable and welcoming team behind it.
