I was looking for the best price for a vehicle that I only needed for 3 years, Ken sorted me out with PCH rather than PCP offered elsewhere and saved about £90 / month on the repayments. Ken did everything it was simple to do. I only gave 4 stars not because of ken or his company but because the dealer kept changing delivery date (it was 1 week later than they first said buy had three different dates in between first and actual delivery).

But I understand how frustrating it can be when dates change like that. Hopefully now that you have the car it was worth waiting the extra few days for.

Excellent professional service from…
Excellent professional service from Carl in helping me sell my car which was advertised on AutoTrader. He contacted me, offered a price which I was happy with and then arranged for me to drop the car at a local dealer, who were equally professional. They were pleased with the car and money was in my account in seconds. He made car selling a doddle. Excellent service.

Car Brokers have been fantastic
Car Brokers have been fantastic! Despite all of hurdles that Covid and the Car Manufacturers managed to put in our way, the delivery of our car was fairly easy. Our contact, Ken, kept us in the loop at every stage, from initial quote right through to delivery - a very amiable and knowledgeable chap. Would we source a car from him in the future? Absolutely! Acurate delivery and pricing
The expected delivery date was met and Ken kept me up to date during the whole process. From my experience in dealing with other car lease companies in the past who promise false dates and pricing information. Ken was nothing like this and was upfront and helpful.

Avoid at all cost (barrage of abuse)
Avoid at all cost, I requested a quote from Ken for a VW Touareg black edition, to be fair he provided me with the quote which was a good quote, however we have decided to forget about leasing a new car now due to the lengthy build times and went out and bought a second hand car, I let Ken know the day after I received the final quote that we were no longer interested and I was amazed to his response and barrage of abuse (very much a bully boy sales man) my first email to Ken

My point I’m trying to make is if you ask for a quote and then you change your mind due to the current climate we’re in, brace yourself for the barrage of abuse and threatening behaviour over email.

Well this is a review that is so ridiculous that it absolutely needs a response.
As this customer states, I provided a prompt and fair quote for the car of choice. We then had a conversation by phone about it, and the viability (or not) of having maintenance, with correct advice duly given by email.
The customer then came back with a request to match a competitor quote which, after due consideration, I agreed to match. All this time I had reserved the car for him with a dealer I work with a lot, 'emploring' them to hold this car for my customer.
He then requested to proceed with the order and asked for the paperwork, that is, a finance proposal form. I was then quite surprised to not receive this back the same day, given the relative urgency and alternative interest in the car he was aware of.
I emailed next day (today) to confirm I'd interpreted the customer's intentions correctly and he confirmed that he wanted the car and would complete the paperwork by this evening as he was 'on the road' during the day.
Having held the car and given the customer first refusal (against several alternative potential interested customers of mine, let alone the dealer's) I was bemused to receive an email this evening stating he had changed his mind and bought a used car instead. To me, this was a classic case of keeping our offer on the table, pending alternative lines of enquiry (different cars, different options, etc).
I stand by my comments in that I feel I gave this person the trust to honour his regularly repeated commitment, which in the end was not to be.
I feel a human reaction is normal and any business has a right to react to situations where commitments are made and then not honoured in good faith on the strength of various communications througout the process.
Please read my other 'overwhelmingly positive' reviews and you will see, without doubt I am sure, that this is a totally unreasonable review.
