I bought a Rope Chain 3mm (Silver) from Carder and was initially very happy with the product — the design and quality felt solid and elegant. Unfortunately, after only a few occasional uses, the chain broke unexpectedly while I was walking. I reached out to their support team to request a replacement under the lifetime warranty.

While the team was friendly and responsive, the resolution process took over a month and required several follow-up emails. Eventually, they agreed to a one-time replacement, which I appreciate.

In the end, I’m satisfied with the outcome and grateful they honored the warranty, but I believe the process could be more faster and streamlined.

I’ve now bought several pieces from Carder, and I’m really happy with all of them. The main reason I keep coming back is the quality. I was surprised how well the jewelry holds up, even after wearing it in water, it still looks just as good. It doesn’t fade or change color, which I’ve had with other brands in the past.

Me and my boyfriend are obsessed with this brand! We ordered several times and are so in love with the products. Whenever I reach out to the customer service they reply quick and give really good advice.

Absolute FRAUD of a company! They advertise express shipping and a Netherlands based company however the order took over 2 weeks to arrive and comes from China. They try to deceive you with multiple update emails but no actual tracking information.
I was then disappointed to find out that the watches do not even arrive as advertised as their brand 'CARDER'
The watches feel and look cheap. They have a brand Podegar on them... which after a simple google you can find on places such a Temu or Shein for a third of the price i paid!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!!
