YOU'RE LYING ABOUT YOUR COMMITMENTS
I ordered a necklace and bracelet set from your website in April 2024 as a gift. Upon receiving the order, the products matched the description perfectly, and everything was fine.
However, in January 2025, the bracelet broke. Since your website states that you offer a lifetime warranty, I immediately contacted your customer service, providing a photo of the broken bracelet along with all the details of my original order. I was assured that there was no problem and that a replacement would be sent in exchange for a positive review. I agreed, specifying that I would post the review once I received the replacement.
The next day, I was informed that a new order would be created. I waited patiently, but by January 5, 2025, I still hadn’t received anything. I sent an email requesting an update and a tracking number. After receiving no response, I followed up again on January 9, expressing my frustration with the lack of efficiency.
On February 10, your team finally responded, apologizing for the “unexpected delay” and citing “unforeseen circumstances.” Yet, by February 17, I still had no update on my order. I contacted you again, requesting a tracking number, assuming that my replacement had already been shipped.
Finally, on March 5, I was informed that a technical issue was preventing a new order from being created and was instead offered a voucher to place the order myself. I immediately accepted and waited for the voucher to be sent.
And today, to my surprise, I receive an email asking when my order was placed, stating that my original order was delivered nearly a year ago. This clearly shows a lack of professionalism and proves that your “lifetime warranty” is nothing but a false promise.
Not only is your customer service inefficient, but it also fails to honor the commitments advertised on your website. I simply requested a replacement because the person I gifted the bracelet to was very attached to it. Instead, I have wasted time following up with a company that evidently does not know how to retain its customers.

This website is a scam
This website is a scam. I ordered an item at the end of December 2024, which was never delivered. Customer service is refusing to issue a refund and instead offers a voucher, which is not an acceptable solution—especially considering I paid an extra fee for package insurance. On top of that, they’ve been ignoring my recent emails. Such a shameful attitude.

Ordered a chain and a necklace. Got both but they were too short. I sent them back and asked for an exchange. At first i also got a reply via email. Later the communication just broke down.
I did not receive an exchange and there has been no refunds for months now.

Ordered 2 chains and 2 bracelets before Xmas never I still haven't received it.
They don't reply to mails. When they did they told I'll receive a voucher and only when I threatened to go to the police is when they answered and said I'll receive a refund within 10-15 days.
This is a company that is way over their heads or just a scam website..
I'll report whenever I get my money back!
