Total disgrace ordered Thursday goods weren't picked til Monday then sent via Evri ( why oh why ), chased delivery on the Wednesday to be told there's a 2 day delay for ordering online ( Your called ONLINE car parts ffs how else am I meant to order )
12 days am still waiting with my van off the road
Ordered a part on a Thursday,thourght it might come Staurday.looked on the website, it said a none working day. Well what happened to Friday. The part arivired the following Friday.The price was good but the service was not.so unless you are prepared for a week long wait for the part go some where else.
It’s now been seven days since ordering a blower regulator for my Ford and still no sign of its arrival. I received a email three days later that the part had been picked and was ready for dispatch. Four days on I’m still waiting!
Apart from appalling service, it was not apparent, until completing the order, that I was purchasing from a company situated in Berlin.
I accept that other motor factors, who supply my local garage or many websites were indicating “no stock”. I would have ordered my garage to purchase from a main dealer. Is it a Brexit problem?
