Can't rate these guys highly enough.
Someone drove into my parked car denting and scratching it.
Ollie replied to my initial email immediately and all subsequent emails have been answered within the hour.
Adam sorted out the dent and was punctual and polite,he also did a first class job.
Paul came today to deal with the scratches, he was early,which was great and did a fabulous job at a fraction of the cost a local garage had quoted.
I would absolutely recommend these guys, superb service.

I was really impressed with Car-Wizard. The car had been damaged by scraping against a wall and bollard (don't worry, I wasn't driving).
The damage had then sat there for 5 months so it wasn't fresh damage either.

I looked around for various quotes and most places seemed to claim I'd need replacement doors etc (even though there's no structural or mechanical damage, it's just aesthetic dents and scratches). Most quotes were for 3-4 times more than Car Wizard, would take a couple of days and would require the car to be driven to their workshop.

As it was, Car Wizard were very professional both by email and in person, it never needed to leave our driveway, and the whole repair took 5 hours (8am-1pm).

Very impressed with the finish and results! It looks like new, with all the dents and scratches completely removed, and the doors have been re-painted the exact same colour and finish as the rest of the car!

My Wife scraped her car on the wall, I contacted Car Wizard in Bath, they gave me a fair quote and booked me in very swiftly ,they came to my house on time, in fact a bit earlier which was good, worked on the car on the drive ok and now we have a perfect repair, as good as brand new, Don`t go anywhere else Car Wizard are the TOPS... the Standard is First Class..

Car Wizard was recommended to me by a friend. I contacted them by phone and was advised to fill out a form and send photos of the damage. Then asked to send more photos from a closer distance and then received a qoute. I tried to offer a slightly lower amount but NO. I admire this so went ahead. Appointment arranged at my home and Kevin arrived spot on time. Brilliant job to my total satisfaction.
I have more work to do and will not hesitate to contact them

Responded quickly to my communications (emails and calls) and offered to repair a minor dent in the passenger door, either at my property with a mobile van service or at their garage – I selected the latter and was provided with a booking slot within 48 hours after another booking was cancelled at short notice.

Arriving at the garage, the staff analysed the damage and discussed the options available, including the possibility of a cheaper repair compared to the original quotation based on the photographs I had previously submitted, i.e. looking to provide the most suitable service for the customer. The finished repair was to a very high standard.

Based on this experience I would recommend using Car-Wizard in the future.

I have just had car wizard round to make good a scuff on my passenger wing mirror ,garage to small, and a old repair which was not done very well, Kev turned up on time,was very polite and professional and did a very great job,my Xf is a metallic black and he has done a perfect job at a fair price when you consider they do the repair at your home,would definitely recommend them.

I was initially sceptical about booking someone I found on Facebook to complete some bodywork on my car. It's nothing special to most people but has been my pride and joy. Being bright white, I was worried anything less than a really good job could look awful. Got a quote for four smaller stone chips to be repaired, one larger chip, which went down to the metal, needing a whole panel respray and one small dent in the door.

Got a price via WhatsApp which was much lower than two competitors and a body shop I used previously (who weren't great from previous experience). Kind of made me more sceptical but went for it after seeing some more good reviews recently.

Dent repair was carried out by another company which I was prewarned about. All done on the drive way inside an hour. Perfect finish and no hint at all that there was a dent there - which is good going considering it had been there for a good while and in the middle of the door panel. Bit odd as the mechanic insisted on waiting outside the house while I transferred the money and waited for it to clear - but I can't think of any other way of doing for him to make sure he was paid without carrying cash. All good.

Paint tech came the following week and did a great job. Polite, courteous and went out of his way to explain the detail. All work completed in 5 hours. Excellent service again.

8 weeks later, I honestly can't find any hint of the repairs. I'm the first to notice the tiniest imperfections too but I have to check against old pictures just to have an idea of where it was worked on. Really impressed. You'd probably only get a comparable finish only if you went to a high-end spray shop who you have to travel to, wait at and pay around 3x the price to. It's really surprising that such a good finish is even possible on a driveway open to the elements.

I got £900 (5%) over the recommended part ex price for mine thanks to the bodywork condition, which is down to this work which left me in profit after paying Car Wizard.

Sidenote, 3 days before it was due to be collected after being sold, I managed to get another stone chip and these guys bent over backwards to help me get it sorted before it was due to be handed over without hiking the price up (28% cheaper than a quote from Dingmaster based on the same images and time-frames).

Will 100% use these guys again in future and won't feel the need to put off repairs now I know there's someone out there doing it above my expectations.
