Unreliable and Dishonest - AVOID
We agreed a price which I was led to believe was guaranteed but the day before they were due to pick up the car they knocked 1/3 off the price they offered even though the car was exactly as I'd described it to be when they first quoted. Time-wasting, unreliable liars AVOID!

Well run. Everything happens as it should.
Rare these days that you’re surprised how well a company operates. The offer was instant, the collection arranged effortlessly with the driver telling me they were 30 mins away and a text five minutes before arrival. Money was in my account before they’d even tightened the straps to take it away.

Total rip off, avoid this company
The original quote was over £1,380 for scrapping then somehow came down to £984, then to £700 without giving proper reasons. Completely rip off. Additionally, they did not turn up on the appointment day despite having us waited all day. The driver rang at 3.45pm, 75 minutes before our appointment slot time ends, telling us that they did not have big enough transporter so could not come, and forced us to re-book. We had enough of this and went somewhere else who was mugh nicer and gave us much higher offer.

Quick and easy to deal with.
From initial contact everything went smoothly, we were kept informed regarding the collection details and process, and again on the day of collection we received a call from driver Paul advising us of exactly when he would arrive, all in all I would happily recommend this company, oh and I was very happy with the price I got for my 2006 Clio, over £100 more than local companies.
