No communication received except order confirmation no order despatched update and no delivery update! Item received damaged and no response received as yet regarding this!

Great product, great service.

The Toddlers Leaning Tower is sturdy and looks great. We have bought it for our Grandsons 2nd Birthday which is tomorrow so I can’t comment on how useful it is yet, but we are sure he is going to love it. We did have an issue but it was resolved very quickly and we were pleased with the response. Thank you.

Amazing product!

Do not use this company. I ordered a toddler tower from here and the wood started shipping within days from starting to use it. Really poor quality. I made a reclamation straight away, but now they’re requiring me to buy packaging material and pay for shipping to return the item, and only then they’ll consider a refund. Ridiculous! Such a disappointment. Safe to say I will never ever buy anything from here again.

We Absolutely Love our Cara Mia Chef Toddler Tower. The delivery was next day. We paid a bit more than some of the towers you can get but its worth it because the quality of the wood is really strong and will last a long time. My little one just wants to get in it all the time to help me in the kitchen. Thank you Cara Mia

We absolutely love this product!
It’s fantastic quality, strong and sturdy and the anti-slip grippers are a bonus feature compared to other similar products. It’s so sturdy it can support my adult weight when I stand on it to reach the top shelves in the cupboard!

Service was outstanding, quick delivery and when I contacted customer service regarding the what I thought was a piece missing they were polite, helpful and efficient and helped me realise I had put a piece in the wrong place.

Easy to assemble and now just part of the furniture in our house, used for crafting as well as cooking!

Also much better than our friends one which was more expensive and seems less stable and poorer quality.

The toddler tower I bought from Cara Mia Chef is ok - functional and seems sturdy, also fairly easy to put together. However, one of the two reasons I chose it over other (and cheaper) options, was because their website stated it was made of solid wood. When I unpacked it, it was clear that only some parts were solid wood, which was disappointing. The only delivery option was paying £10 for express delivery (24 hours), so I did that thinking I don’t mind getting it quickly anyway, but it wasn’t delivered within that period unfortunately.

Solid wood construction, well finished. Non-slip stickers for steps and soft rubber feet included for safety. Clear instructions enclosed on how to put it together. Feels safe for a one year old to use. Very pleased with purchase.

Ordered and arrived next day, fantastic service and quality is excellent. Extremely happy with toddler tower.

Super fast delivery

The delivery took 5 weeks but worst of all i have somehow become liable for additional delivery charges from China. I was told the product was in a Welsh wharehouse when delayed but it arrived with chinese packaging. Then their carrier UPS have billed me for extra delivery fees into the UK. They have now passed this to a debt agency and the company have not replied to any of my emails for months. When i purchased it included free delivery.

Such an amazing product! My 14 month old is obsessed with it and loves climbing in and ‘helping’ in the kitchen. It’s super sturdy and well made and it also looks really nice and looks good in the kitchen. Would recommend to anyone with a clingy baby! It put an end to him clinging to my legs and crying because he wanted to be involved in what I was doing.

It took 3 weeks to be delivered. Now it says delivered but the product is not here

In my experience you learn how good a company is when you have a problem. The team at caramia chef were amazing to deal with when I had an issue with my order. Quick to respond and a genuine desire to make sure I had a positive experience with them overall.

When the tower arrived was awesome. A high quality product which our son can't get enough of!
