Dominic the buyer was very polite and well mannered ‘ the whole process was very easy and very quick ‘25 mins from start to an instant payment going in my bank
We agreed a price for my focus prior to my appointment which was very fair and I was very happy , this offer did slightly change because there was a few scratches that I never noticed and there was a few gaps in the service history which was discovered upon inspection
All in all I was very happy with the whole process and especially happy with Dominic the buyer and the staff in their office who initially I agreed the valuation with over the phone
