Returned a faulty electrical item and they gave me the run around, so I cancelled the item and asked for a refund. More accusations! Their return policy might satisfy ebay, but they are in direct contravention of Trading Standards/distance selling/returns regulations. I'm dealing with it thru Trading Standards and the County Court. Nasty people.

SUPER FAST SERVICE
Needed a caravan side marker light damaged on the way to Cornwall. Contacted Caratech via Amazon item delivered to caravan park we were staying at very quickly 2 days, super service and good price would defintly use again.

It’s a shame I have to give this…
It’s a shame I have to give this company a 2 star rating as delivery and items very good. However if you ring up the gentlemen on the other end is so arrogant and rude, no customer service skills at all and at the end of the conversation no bye just huffs and puts the phone down.

Purchased a small item costing £3.99 from this company on E Bay it was poor quality compared to other makes of the same item so I just threw it in the bin put negative feedback on e bay regarding the product but not the company and received a nasty response telling me to shop elsewhere not the sort of company you want to do business with.

Ebay sale bad news
Ordered a 50mm hub cap and they agree they sent a 52mm. To get a refund I had to send their (wrong) one back - £2.95 postage.
They refunded me the £4.99 for the hub cap (I then bought one locally for £2.50) - but ignored my request for the postage - it was their fault!
Unprofessional, short-sighted. Avoid
