Getting bracelet repaired
Great experience with trying to get my daughter bracelet repaired. The couldn’t repair it so there sending a replacement to me. Customer service representative Dharshini was great at helping get the issue resolved and help Get the new bracelet ordered . It will take 2-4 weeks to get delivered but happy with the service at this time.

Secure fastening to prevent this from happening.
I purchased this item because it had so many great features, and I received so many compliments whenever I wore it. However, the biggest drawback is that it kept slipping out of my ear piercings. It was very difficult to keep track of them, and unfortunately, I eventually lost one. I really wish the design had a more secure fastening to prevent this from happening.

Great ring, please improve your communication
The ring is great, just as expected, the product itself is great, my only complaint is about communication, you're spending a good amount of money on this product and you'd expect more information about status; after I placed my order I only received an email confirming it was received and that was it. My delivery was delayed and only after I sent an email asking about it I was informed about the delay. Then the product was sent and the only information I received about it was from UPS saying that TCL NA was sending a package to me. Then I looked for TCL NA and I found out it might be related to Caratlane, and then I got it. Don't get me wrong, I'm ok with the process and happy with the product, this is a suggestion about the level of communication you expect when you're spending certain amounts of money. Thanks!
