Choosing a broker is a big step. I'm part of a few trading communities where I find broker choice should mean more than platform. The brokers control the liquidity providers, fees, leverage and more. Communication is always key when choosing a broker. The community I'm in always has nothing but good things to say about Carbon Capital, as such I've tested them out and since June of 2025 I've only had minor issues where the team has been in full communication with me every step of the way.

As a technical lead in my field when selecting a broker I look at the negative reviews. A broker cannot select their clients; however, they can choose how they respond to their clients. When looking at the reviews I get a sense of caring and attention to problem-solving.

This use to be a great platform, then they upgraded their system, it started to freeze all the time, couldn't close trades, until they fix this issue I can't use be aware if you use this platform

I’ve never experienced so much trouble to receive a 250$ deposit, with no clear explanation or information in regards to where it went. Yet somehow you allow 40$ of is to deposit. How screwed up is that, not only that but when I can watch your spokespersons on social media deposit 50,000$ + dollars in crypto into their account but you screw me and take my measly 250$cad, reflects that there’s something wrong with this broker. Don’t be fooled by the glowing reviews this organization is sub par and conducts business in the most shady of fashions.

UPDATE JAN 22/2024 : They've deliberately removed my email from the two FA code that gets sent upon attempted login. Again, solidifying the shadiness of the business. Like not only do you screw me out of my 250$ deposit and give me but 40$ worth of the deposit, but now you thieves have gone so far out of your way to not allow me access to my own account? Technical support that steals your money and neglects assisting customers. You thieves deserve jail time. if this could be rated a negative rating I would. actual joke of a business I hope you go under.
