It is much more worth than the price. The toothpaste can easily remove the soft tartar from the teeth, and the breath is much fresher, and you will not feel like the toothpaste is still in your mouth, you can remove it easily by gargle your mouth.

Great tooth whitening and cleaning
It is really surprised me that tooth whitening only used about 1 week, the change of tooth colour is quite obvious. Also, the toothpaste is quite fresh that makes me feel good after using it. Highly recommend to people who are looking for tooth whitening and cleaning!

This product is amazing, the result are wonderful!

No side effects experienced with this product. Works as expected and makes your mouth feel amazing. Just be prepared for a bit of dryness in the mouth during use as it is a finer dust. No taste or odor either :)

This is the best charcoal whitening product I have ever used! Not only does it whiten your teeth but it has a great taste. I prefer to use it in the shower since charcoal does make a mess, but it’s so worth it! Highly recommend this product!!!

It has been really good but I haven't seen much difference yet since I'm not super consistent. Once I get the whole kit I will definitely see a major change

I really love this product. I have been using it for a few months now, and have noticed a whiter, brighter smile. My teeth aren't as sensitive as they used to be, which was an added bonus. Great fluoride-free toothpaste.

I ordered the magnetic charcoal mask on May 15 and Received an update that my order has shipped on May 19th. Super fast, except that’s where the updates end... since then the tracking number leads me to a page that states “sender is preparing the order for post”

I tried to reach their customer service about this issue twice and haven’t received any response. I realize the world is still dealing with Covid-19, but at least an update would be nice.

Not impressed.

UPDATE: I have reached out to customer service FOR THE THIRD TIME as advised in the comment below. 48 hours and still no response. I’ll be opening a dispute to get my money back.

I love using these products. I bought the teeth whitening kit and I can really see a difference with my teeth. They are definitely brighter and stains gave lightened leaving a much more even tone. I haven’t experienced any sensitivity with these products and they are really easy to use.

Order took an extremely long time to come (ordered April 24th did not arrive until mid June). I’m aware of the current health crisis however this should have been made clear before purchasing. Product is good quality however

3 emails, 0 response. Not even an email confirmation, tracking, nothing, and it’s been a month since I ordered and payed for it!!! Tried chat box too, no answer. Two more days and I’m taking my money back.
Edit: No it has not been dispatched and I didn’t receive a trackin Number. I got an email yesterday daying that it will be dispatched in several days and that i will recieve a tracking number. Thanks.

Used the charcoal powder, toothpaste and the whitening strips as instructed and there was no change to my teeth at all, which is a shame cos I've seen that it has worked for others. I did notice a slight change when I used the whitening strips but it never lasted to the following morning. Worth the try I guess if you've tried everything else, I do have sensitive teeth and it didn't irritate them.
I also asked them a question about one of their products via their customer service and never received a response, perhaps they were just busy?

Disgraceful customer service, I ordered my item on April 1st and still waiting for it to arrive. No contact number to call, and every request is met with an automated email. Never ever using again

I love this toothpaste. There's a light mint flavor, as opposed to other charcoal toothpastes which have no flavor, and I think it's perfect. I'm not a huge fan of mint so I don't like the flavor of regular toothpastes; this is nice because it's not an overload of mint but I still feel fresh after brushing. My teeth feel healthy and clean, and are slowly but surely getting whiter.

Absolute scammers. Happy to take your money and never post the purchase. Just read the comments on their fb lol.. and i was one of the ones who commented saying my order had not arrived or even been posted (like many others are saying too) and they blocked me. What a joke. Have a paypal dispute open. Do not trust.

Edit based on their reply: LOL, more lies. No email, no response, no refund, no tracking, no nothing! Just another fake response to make them look like they are doing the right thing to potential new customers, when they have done nothing but the wrong thing. I also like how you ignored the part about blocking me on Facebook. Very sly Carbon Coco! Stop selling stock you don't have and trying to stall customers until they forget about their purchases.

Very fun and cool to use, easy application and overall process is very easy. The kit itself is very nicely packaged and I thoroughly enjoyed using it!

It’s hard to get kids to brush their teeth but not anymore. My kids and love love love the taste and texture of your toothpaste and my teeth actually feel clean afterwards. One of the reasons I don’t like to brush my teeth is the horrible feel that the toothpaste gives me while brushing and the not-so-clean feeling I end up with. Now let’s talk about the charcoal whitener...Wow wow wow. Absolutely works wonders, whole family is addicted to it. We trust your products completely. Thank you.
