Please avoid, your money is more valuable then to waste it here.. just avoid at all costs

I ordered a charger over a month ago. Despite being charged, saying it was sent and saying that there is a tracking number I have received neither. Just €400 out of pocket.
Despite numerous emails I am getting nowhere! Mobile just goes straight to voicemail

I purchased a heatpump off this company it was stated suitable for Irish conditions which it is not keeps freezing solid at 3 degrees plus, I purchased a bundle of heater cables which I have been adviced not to install as I would simply be as effective to have plug in electric heater beside There is simply no defrost mode and was not informed ( A mighty pump in hot weather) I have asked to be refunded no reply from the company Has frozen solid over Christmas and broken fan blades, I have no heat source during this bad weather. I bought an inverter from this website. When I got it, I noticed the spec was not what was advertised on the website. I did a basic test using a small load with it and it failed immediately. I submitted an RMA request which got ignored. I then emailed the company and was told to return the unit for a replacement but I instead asked for a refund as it was just cheap unbranded Chinese junk. I sent the unit back and heard nothing. Eventually I emailed the company and was told it hadn't been returned unused within 14 days and didn't qualify for a refund even though the unit was completely faulty from day one. The operator of the website also claimed that I "overloaded it" even though this was not the case and it was advertised as having overload protection. Do not waste your time and money on this website as you will regret it. So much of the stuff is unbranded so you have no idea what you are buying and if it's faulty you have no come back.

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME THIS CROWD IS. PAID 15.99 POSTAGE (URGENT) JUST FOR A ROLL OF SOLAR CABLE (60 EURO)! ONLY TO END UP CHASING IT ON THE PHONE TO BE TOLD IT'S NOT EVEN SENT YET! THEN GET AN EMAIL SAYING WILL "MOVE TO SHIPPING TOMORROW" DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CLUELESS.
UPDATE: half hour after posting this get an email saying they not posting it now and "issuing a refund"? and not delivering. Classic. The way they answer the phone should of been a clue. AVOID!
