FANTASTIC STAFF, COMPANY AND PRODUCT!
We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with both Michael and Ash from the sales team. What we liked best about the experience was we were dealing with friendly, kind people that actually cared about our needs, as opposed to just trying to lock in a deal for themselves. We were able to build rapport with Michael and Ash on a personal level prior to talking about business, which showed that they were kind and helped us trust them and the company.
The installers were much the same. Very professional, but personable too. They were efficient and worked well as a team.
We are so happy with our new system and we would highly recommend Carbon Savers to anyone. Special mention to Michael and Ash (sales team) and Troy (and team) the installers. You guys are AMAZING PEOPLE, and Carbon Savers and anyone that deals with you are so very lucky.

I contacted Carbondavers after reading the positive reviews about installing a heat pump. The service I received from Ella and Ash was first rate. Always responsive and helpful.
After explaining to Ash that we had no hot water she arranged for next day instillation.
Installers arrived on time and were very effocient.

I had an excellent experience with Carbon Savers from start to finish. Rhys was amazing, he provided a clear and detailed quote and took the time to thoroughly explain how the pricing and government rebate for the split system installation worked, which made the whole process easy to understand. He also followed up afterwards to check if there was anything else he could assist with, which I really appreciated.
The installation team was equally impressive. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the installation within the scheduled timeframe. When a minor fault was identified, they returned the very next day and fixed it immediately without any hassle.
Overall, professional, reliable, and genuinely great customer service. I highly recommend Carbon Savers to anyone considering split system installation.

Excellent service from Ash (Ashleigh). Answered all my questions, took all my calls and ensured I understood all aspects of purchasing the heat pump. Ash followed up with answers and explained the entire process. Absolutely outstanding. Then today, Michael,the installer from Carbonsavers arrived and installed a heat pump at our son's home. On time, polite, went extra to ensure it would fit where we wanted it and then went through how you works with the family. Professional and service oriented. I did not get the name of the man helping Michael but he was good as well.

I initially heard misinformation regarding heat pumps however the information and knowledge I got from Joe (carbon savers) help me reap the benefits of replacing my old gas unit.
I was never pressured during our conversations and I attribute my purchase entirely to Joe. Installation crew also did a great job…..extremely happy with my decision, would highly recommend to others.

Delivered from start to finish
First contact with Michael to get a quote. Good price even better as referred by my daughter. Ash handled scheduling.
Nat arrived on time and the rest of the team lead by Troy did an almighty job removing our old ducted heating and installing a Rinnai reverse cycle Zoned ducted heating/cooling system. Tested the system and gave instructions. Cleaned up after themselves also.
Could have linked to my phone by Bluetooth and WiFi but I worked that out.
