Lovely guys one was fairly cheeky. We’re quick and explained what they were doing. The only thing was one of the guys said I didn’t need the app and if I wanted it I could download it at a later time(he should have helped me download it as this is part of his job). What he did want to help me with is writing his 5 star review to help them win the contest they were in.. priorities hey

Ella supported me through the quote and applying for the solar rebate. She is timely and proactive. Within 2 weeks, my heat pump is installed from start to finish.

The support team Mali & Lowri were efficient and considerate. Booked a slot that worked for me & communicated on time.

The installation team Ryan and Bradey were on time, efficient, polite & explained clearly how the heat hump works and what to maintain. Within 1 hour, the heat pump installation, including rewiring electricity, removing the old gas water heater was done. The warm water also starts to come out 1 hour later.
