Contacted Carbon Zero to get a quote on loft insulation and Callum came to do a survey. He kept me informed about his time of arrival and was highly professional, but still very personable, during his entire visit. He explained everything in plain English without any techno babble and advised without being in the slightest bit pushy.

I got a quote during his visit and he was quick to answer questions in the days afterwards as and when they came up.

I found everyone that I had contact with at Carbon Saving Group to be very friendly & helpful. There was no hard sell & they answered my questions in a way that I could understand.
The team that came to install the solar panels were efficient & appear to have done a good job. They were tidy & cleared up after they had finished the work.

First contact was when Chris followed up on my request to get in touch with me. Chris Paulson. Customer Serv. Rep. Chris spoke about the unit, the rebates you could get, and the installation. Very knowledgeable about his product. As well as being a thorough gentleman.Then I had Luke Sutcliffe and Sean Griffiths they installed my unit. lovely guys. and lastly Hannah Ferraro in accounts section. all very professional . As i have stated could not be happier with the whole job.

Last evening, a young man called Callum Kerr called in at my house as he was doing a leaflet drop around the village. He was extremely personable and fully explained to me and my friend all the different renewables options. It’s the first time that anyone has discussed this with me in a totally unbiased way, and I really felt I could trust what he was saying.
I shall definitely be following up in the near future when I’ve done some financial arithmetic.

Carbon Saving Group Ltd designed and fitted a solar panel system on my new built property. The system is fantastically effective and with the excellent workmanship a perfectly stunning finish.

Just had solar panels and battery installed and the whole experience has been a pleasure from the first visit by David Fernandes to the installation by Neil and Co. The updates and support from Kathryn in the office has been excellent too. Obviously these folk all really know their job and that inspires great confidence.

We approached Carbon Saving Group with a specific specification of what we wanted for a 6kW Solar PV installation complete with 15kW of lithium batteries. Tom was the only supplier to actually come out to site and visit us before quoting, he was also one of the few who responded to our enquiry within a fairly short timescale, funnily enough he subsequently ended up getting the job!

One of our particular concerns was the overall look and atheistic of the solar panels on the roof of our house. CSG were one of the few suppliers able to offer the GSE "in-roof" system, which allows the slates or tiles to be removed and for the solar panels to sit flush in the roof as part of it. We are very pleased we went with this system, not only is it watertight it also looks really good.

Apart from the aesthetics we also had specific requirements regarding the hardware we wanted to use in the installation. CSG took all this in their stride...even though some of the hardware was new to them and outside of their normal scope, they worked with us and the manufacturers to get us the system we wanted installed.

We are very pleased with the final outcome and thanks must go to the whole team, for putting up with us over over the job but especially to Neil, Mike, Kodi and Tom. Thank you!

I am impressed with the timescales on evaluation, delivery and installation. The admin team are well co-ordinated and the installation engineers worked in cold wet and cold conditions with a cheery positive attitude. (more than I could manage)

There was a concern over a technical aspect. We would have preferred this be addressed at the time of initial evaluation (3phase meter), but I suspect this would be true regardless of which company is used, as it is not common to most client bases and the engineer on site, did reach out to the DNO, the same day, to try and improve his understanding of the issue and offer some reassurance. Thank you for that.

At the beginning of this year, we had a new boiler fitted by Carbon saving Group. Our experience with this company was so positive that when we came across another advert of theirs for Solar panels we decided to go with them for this also. The company have been very professional in all they have done for us, all the work carried out by professional people and always tidied up when they were completed. From the moment I contacted Carbon Savings group to enquire about a backup battery for my solar panels everything was done on schedule and the workmanship was faultless and the quality of the installation was absolutely superb. Mike and his assistant done the battery installation and a full service on my air source heat pump system in a few hours.
I would highly recommend the carbon savings group and will definitely use them again.

Really helpful throughout the whole process, including when I had issues with the inverter. Always willing to explain the process and give realistic estimates of costs and benefits. Would highly recommend to anyone and have passed details on to some friends already.

Five star experience from the get go from CSG. They were nothing short of exceptional in supplying and fitting Solar Panels.
In particular Kodi and Sian putting all the plans and instructions in place. Organising a Technical Survey from Mike, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, sourcing a structural engineer extremely quickly, getting scaffolding booked and fitted and finally the team who fitted the Solar panels.
This work was carried out in two stages with all the electrics put in one day and finally the Solar Panels on the roof. These engineers were brilliant, they kept everything clean and tidy inside and out. On the day the panels went on the roof it was awful weather very cold and wet. But on they continued and finished the job. Superb!

We just had a visit from Callum at carbon saving to do a survey on our bungalow, he was very knowledgeable and very helpful, he explained everything we needed to know about heat pumps and how they would work in our bungalow, we only made enquiries this morning and he arrived this afternoon, we await the estimate, a very pleasant experience, thank you Callum, regards Graham.

All aspects of their work and how they went about it was brilliant. Jason who was my contact guy couldn't do enough to help. Any questions I had he would get back to me by the end of the day (even on his days off!!!!) When the guys did the installation did everything possible to minimise the mess and disruption, even covering my carpets in cling film so they could just pick it up at the end. We are so pleased with our air source heat pump. I'm amazed how hot the water is! It's hotter than when we had a boiler! Our radiators are red hot and easy to control. Thank you Jason for all your help and thank you installation guys for your amazing work 👍 😀
