Placed an order and paid March 14th…

Placed an order and paid March 14th 2026 we are 4 weeks later and still not received my order and struggling to get in touch .

Hi Teresa, as we wrote to you, your package was lost in transit so we had to send out a new one that you received.

We sincerely apologize for the lack of response you experienced. In March 2026, we ended our partnership with the company handling our customer service and have since brought support back in-house to provide a much better experience.

Absolutely bad customer service

Absolutely bad customer service, ordered more than 10 days ago, no package received, online help is a bot and they don’t answer the phone. This company should be shut down, reporting to consumer protections.

Lies lies and lies.. No package or help At all

This is the very last time i Will shop here, i ordered for more than 11 days ago, I can see the package is still
In Sweden, they promised 3 days delivery, this is the second time this happens, I WONT order from here again!! This is a terrible service !! No customer service, email
Or tlf.. just lies!!. I just want to cancel everything, but I guess getting the money back will be even worst than getting the goods.
Never ever again!!!
