When just checking to see when my mot was due, I received a notice that there was a possible theft alert on my vehicle , when paying to check what the problem was , there was no such alert , completely fraudulent, have requested a refund before I take this matter further . Awaiting a reply . Thank

Used to work fine but after the rebrand any plate I enter it says “ Can’t find the registration number “ for the past three days

Paid over £10 and got no worthwhile information that I could get from Gov website. I chose the option for Car Specs and nothing in the report covers this. In the free report I could already see the model so I’ve no idea what I’m paying for. I didn’t get anything above the free report. I want a refund but not much chance of that given the T&Cs. Sorry but this website is scamming people.
