Cygnal recently fitted my dash cam. They were extremely accommodating and helpful with booking an appointment that was suitable around my work schedule. Cygnal is a great service and I would highly recommend.

Amber in the office was really helpful at finding me a suitable dashcam fitting appointment at short notice. The dashcam fitting went well and completed in just less than an hour. Installer engineer asked me what I wanted before starting the work and showed me over the work once the installation was complete. They took the time to ask if I was happy with the work and and whether I had any questions. The whole installation was neat and tidy, exactly what I wanted. Thankyou.

Brilliant company to use for fitting dash cams,
I used this company to fit front and rear dash cams to my crossland and then when I changed vehicle to a Peugeot 208 Cygnal once again came to my place of work to re fit .

After local research for a hard wired Dash Camera, I found Carcomms very informative, compassionate and respectful. Booked in for fitting at their premises for 3pm. Lady fitter arrived on time and in an hour or so the work was completed very professionally. She explained how to set up the application on my android device. All working brilliantly. Peace if mind secured that the Web Camera monitors my car when I'm not there. Would highly recommend Carcomms.

Excellent service, installer arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Everything explained after installation, excellent from start to finish. Can't speak highly enough.

Emailed website 1800 one evening, within 2-3 hours had a quote and an appointment for the following morning! Installed system effortlessly, however when I can to drive home the system was not powered! Another phone call and again, an appointment made for the following day and problem solved

Very professional service from office staff and fitting team.
My appointment had to be rescheduled but that wasn’t really a problem.
Was having a dash cam front and rear removed from one car and refitted into new same model car
The removing of dash cam went smoothly but the fitter cut through three wires to remove and disconnect the camera.
As it was this was not necessary as apparently all they had to do was disconnect the T piece loom which would then had gone straight into the new car.
This action cost me £50.00 as I then had to purchase a new T piece loom from the dealer to get the camera fitted correctly.
Apart from that a very pleasant team

Made an enquiry about having a Ghost2 and Scorpion tracker fitted to my van. Prompt and efficient response had me booked in the following Thursday.

Both reception staff and the installation engineer were friendly and helpful. I was made a coffee whilst waiting. I also had numerous questions from the engineer fully explaining to me the various options and my personal preferences.

Very happy with the service and I can sleep better knowing the van is that bit more secure.

Had front and rear cameras fitted to my car at home. Very impressed with the communication and service. So much so that my wife has just booked her car in for the same.

Got the auto watch ghost system installed onto my Range Rover sport. Can’t fault the service the company offered. Had few questions prior to the installation and Atlanta always responded to the email and even after installation my enquiry was responded the next day. Very few company’s nowadays put the effort into responding to customer and it’s this kind of service that makes customer return. Will use again when I change cars. Thank you.

Great customer service. I was asked to bring car to the office for an engineer to assess if their reverse parking sensor would fit my car. Whilst waiting was offered a hot drink, once assessed booked in for the next week. Reception staff are very friendly, very chatty and I did not notice that 40 mins had passed when the engineer returned with my car.

Very friendly staff, professional service, highly recommended company, I would definitely use them again.
