Good service when I had questions; easy shopping.
I had some questions, and called the toll-free line; I got clear, detailed answers. The only fault I can find with the call is that the connection was terrible, and I had to ask the CarCover employee to repeat himself once or twice.
I found the website very easy to use for ordering a cover for my RV.

I finally received an email from this company that gave me their phone number and they answered quite soon and took care of everything real well but I was really nervous at first because……..Have the wrong shipping address and I cannot reach you. I cannot reach you with the chat. I cannot reach you with a phone call. I cannot reach you and it’s driving me nuts I don’t need it in Minnesota. I need it in Arizona. I filled it out correctly, but then I filled out my billing address and it changed the shipping to billing and I missed seeing it.
