Still waiting for my Refund!

Originally I requested the spotify premium subscription for a year
Their service didn’t work for my account

We then switched to Youtube premium but I already had an active subscription so when it ended I reached back and they said their prices since then had increased

I said ok then lets just move forward with a refund 3 weeks later and I am still waiting for a refund….

Last thing they mentioned that it will be issued in the 23d of this month and its now the 24th… still waiting…

Bad overall customer service!
