Purchased several Princess Cruise gift cards multiple times without problems, then had one $2K redemption fail. I called CardDepot Support immediately (late evening), received a prompt text back, and they began the investigation right then. They contacted Princess Cruise and found the problem on the redemption end. By the morning, Princess Cruise found the error on their end and applied the $2K GC to my account.
