Purchased a few items from these guys we are now 10 weeks in and I still haven’t received my order!!!!! I have tried to contact them multiple times but they never respond absolutely zero customer service. This company is a complete scam avoid at all cost. Luckily I paid via credit card so will eventually will get my money back

Was a little worried when I placed the order as there was no paypal on the website and reviews were very 50-50 and the address on the website looked to be a room above a shop. Got 2 worlds deck boxes at a very reasonable price and a new J2G booster box. It took a little while so I asked for an eta and got a reply on the weekend saying it should be with me Wednesday. It arrived today (Wednesday) and all is present and correct. The prices were very good I had no issues with their customer service so I'll definitely be using them again.

Do not use this website, terrible customer service, scam just like all their whatnot streams, item went up in value by 5 pound so they cancelled the whole order saying out of stock but it is still available on their website! pure greed AVOID.

So I have ordered on the 27th of December and the website said orders made after 27th will be shipped out on 31/12 which is fair, but I messaged them for 5 whole days and got a single reply. They told me its gonna be shipped out on 6/1 and I still haven't received any shipping arrangements(7/1) and I messaged them 20 times and there are no response whatsoever

Placed my first order wednesday paid £8.95 for express delivery.

Parcel was dispatched friday and arrived Monday on a tracked 48 service

I wouldnt call this an express service and certainly not justifying a massive price point like £8.95

I would order again but would be very wary of the postage options if express means tracked 48 then would the cheaper option mean

Placed a few orders here recently and all was well. notified me that 1 item had some slight damage and checked if i still wanted it and the damage was less than expected so all good. Slight issue with some items being out of stock and having to re-order, but honoured re-using a promo code.

Good price and would buy from again thanks

Recently purchased a booster box from them and everything went nice and smooth. Will continue to purchase more in the future.
Two things to improve though: the confirmation mail for when the order is ready doesn't give any info about the package being posted and it would be useful to know that; the packaging, while it does its job, could be improved.
