Attended recently for my father’s funeral
A lovely peaceful setting with a great chapel with a modern but appropriate feel

I have sadly attended many funerals in my life but this was one of the most attractive settings I have seen

I couldn't thank you enough for the wonderful service and respect for my husbands funeral. We were all treated as if we were the only people who had lost a loved one.

Summers Funeral Care were exceptional from the first meeting to the final arrangements. The funeral Director is a consumate professional and all the staff friendly. Their response is always timely and nothing is too much trouble. At no stage did anyone try to sell me anything, the focus is always on what is right for the client. At a difficult time, the Summer's staff made this whole process personal and stress free. The Coop package is very good value and simple to understand. There were no hidden costs. I would recommend Summers without hesitation and am very grateful to them for their kind consideration and professionalism throughout the whole process.

It was a very pleasant experience, the memorial park was so clean and tidy, beautiful scenery around the crematorium. Inside was so nice too. It was a was relaxing, comfortable and friendly environment. Very well presented.

Service went as planned, clean, quiet and perfect for my mothers cremation.

My mothers service here last week was beautiful, conducted by Canon Jan Gould of the Church of the Resurrection Ely. We were so glad we were recommended by J.Pidgeon funeral directors to choose the Memoria crematorium as we are not from this area and had little local knowledge.
Unfortunately our immediate family didnt get a chance to look around the grounds as a redlight failure at Culverhouse Cross meant we only just made the service in time for Mums arrival ! But our friends assue us the setting is lovely.
The interior of the building was comfortable and appropriate for us all as our group ranged in age from 85 yrs down to 8 and we were able to access easily and it was very comfortable. We had as an extra a lovely visual tribute set to music with perfect timings and all my music choices easily uploaded via the Obitus system all exactly what we wished for.

The service was lovely, and the setting very nice. The staff were great on the day.

The calm and peacefulness of the setting was matched in our experience by the attitude and co-operation of the staff. Although it is at the centre of what for every family is the most difficult of times we felt those we dealt with listen to us and answered our questions. Claire was particularly helpful. Thank you.

The surrounding landscaped gardens are beautiful and very calming. The building is lovely and lends itself to a personal/intimate service. The family were very happy that we chose Cardiff & Glamorgan Memorial Park.

The organisation at the crematorium was very good facilities were very good.

The funeral was arranged immaculately by Co Op Funeral Directors Barry where all of our requests were met without any fuss or questions. The actual service was very good with everything exactly as both my sister & myself asked for. My late father would have been very pleased with how it all went.

Situation is perfect, venue lovely, just felt rushed when outside!

I attended the service virtually as I was self isolating, however my family who were able attend thought it was a lovely Memorial Park and a lovely building where the service took place.

My family felt the service was very professionally done and absolutely suited the occasion.

The video link was very good although a strange experience for me personally, purely due to current COVID restrictions.

A simple service was requested as this was the wish of my father. The music requested was beautiful and choir singing it with feeling. The surroundings peaceful and tranquil. My father, s wishes were fulfilled with dignity and respect.
