Ive become very disappointed in CG
Ive become very disappointed in CG . Very hard to get a response via email. Copper didnt arrive it was left in full view on doorstep next to road. ( not CG fault) UPS actually called me and emailed me and said re open the case and CG can claim again and the claim will be successful so I can get my refund. Well CG ignored this and are just refusing to give me my money. They have become so unprofessional and they need to do better

Be careful what you purchase
Usually a good place to buy from but be careful what you purchase. My recent order came with terrible quality bars and they refused to let me return them. They haven't responded to my query of authenticity either.

Good product - Below Average Customer Service
Good product, as advertised. I ordered 2 items - one arrived no problem, within a week or so. The other item failed to arrive 10 days after Cardiff Gold (CG) said they'd posted it. I rang CG and they said they'd investigate and call me within 2 days. No call. 3 days later, I called back and was again told CG would look into it. My 2nd item arrived a few days later, but with no further communication.
