Ear lobes pierced
I got my ear lobes pierced today and the entire process went really smoothly. They had so much variety of earrings there (I got the titanium star ⭐️). Everything was sterilised and clean, I had everything explained to me and overall Rebecca was very professional and friendly. I’m really happy with my piercings and hope to get my seconds done here sometime again!

I was so nervous but the piercer was lovely and made me feel comfortable. She was very informative and clearly knew what she was doing which helped ease the nerves too! I absolutely love my piercing and feel confident during the healing process.

Excellent service, clean, patient and thorough
I took my daughter (16 yr old) here for a nose piercing. Darryn and Rebecca were the most patient people. They were very thorough when explaining all procedures and also insisted on taking our ID and details before starting - I really appreciate this kind of detail and care. They sterilised everything for 10 minutes.
Rebecca did the piercing and was so gentle and precise. Darryn has a no-nonsense approach which I think is vital in a place like this, he won't bend the rules and oversees all the work here. It felt very reassuring (I was more nervous than my daughter).

My daughter 14th birthday today she wanted to have her noise pierced so I googled the age online it’s says uk law Is any age for ears and noise so I booked with this company without reading there policy , I paid online when we got there the attitude on the staff we were greeted by was absolutely disgusting he would not do the piecing because we didn’t bring I’d and would not give us a refund . My daughter was absolutely gutted she lost £40 pound of her birthday money.😤

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed on your visit, especially on your daughter’s birthday. However, we must clarify a few points.
Firstly, are you sure you have the correct business? We do not charge £40 upfront. Our booking fee, clearly stated on the booking page, is £25.
While UK law does not set a minimum legal age for nose piercings, professional piercing studios like ours follow industry best practice and local council guidelines. These require photographic ID for everyone, including people under 17, with a parent or legal guardian present who also has their ID, to ensure both safety and consent.
This policy is clearly displayed on our website, booking page, and confirmation emails. Unfortunately, without valid ID we cannot proceed. This is for both legal protection and your child’s safety.
Regarding refunds, our policy states that bookings are non-refundable if requirements are not met. This is because the appointment slot is reserved for you and could otherwise have been offered to another client.
We understand this must have been frustrating, but our team acted in line with our policies to maintain safe and professional standards.
