I am giving, one star shouldn't be any, as i didn't receive my order sent a few emails but no response back

Didn’t receive my diffuser and when trying to contact I had no reply sent 4 messages to no avail I would advise anybody to stay clear of this company

AWFUL!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I purchased one of their diffusers.
It broke within 7 months, I emailed the company 3 times and received no response what so ever!
Useless company

I ordered from them and was a little worried based on the reviews that have been left However I did receive my order but the only downside was there were a few missing items. I did contract the company however the customer service seems poor as I have heard nothing back.

Wrong item sent out, and no response when I emailed their support email. Yet still being bombarded with deal emails and the like. The item I did receive was almost identical to their competitors but have to fill it yourself. Both the fragrance and the diffuser were incorrect.

Happy with the package I got except I ordered a black diffuser and was sent rose gold which I don’t like

Do not waste time and money, stay away, bunch of scammers didn't receive anything at all.

Don’t think there well made because after a couple of weeks of use it melts I have bought 4 and they all melt think the plastic should be made thinking to withstand the heat of at least be able to be switched on 24/7 with out melting

Absolutely attrocious company to deal with. Package arrived looking like it had been opened and then resealed again, the bottom half of the diffuser was completely missing so, unusable. Contacted the company and they eventually got back to me after a fortnight and offered me a refund. I accepted but still waiting after a month of being offered. Will have to go through my bank to get it back. AVOID at all costs!!!!!

Ok. I am giving you a 1 star at this time as I have not received my order which was just over a week again. I have emailed you twice for an update using the email address and then using your website and you have still not answered me. I also paid via PayPal which I noticed does not belong to Car Diffusers and when speaking to the number on the PayPal account, they tell us that its nothing to do with them, yet they take the money on your behalf. Now a tracking number was finally provided which is saying they are waiting for the parcel from the sender. If You cannot resolve this by the end of the week. I will be contacting Paypal next for a refund. The customer service from you is terrible with no communication. Please do not tell us you have hundreds to go through as then you would be currently understaffed to handle such a high volume of business.

Terrible experience terrible product, after ordering they made me wait 2-3 weeks! If i was not to chase up i would have not find out, they than told me its not in stock and i can get a refund. After giving them a chance I waited bit more and after using 1 month humidifier in the car it started leaking and cracked. They say put 7-8 drops in water i had to put at least 15 to smell even a tiny bit. Waste of money terrible product, made in china for £2-3 and sold than from them for £30-£40 !!

I am still waiting for an order I placed nearly a month ago, I have sent over 10 emails to this company with no reply or acknowledgement, I have messaged them on all their social media pages with no response either, I am beyond annoyed!!, I now have been advised that the parcel has been lost and was never recieved by the parcel company they use. As a consequence MY money has been lost with no item. I am upset and annoyed and wish for the company to give me my money back. Avoid at all costs.

Placed an order and couldn’t wait for it to arrive So my car could smell gorgeous . When the order did arrive it was not what I placed , I sent a email explaining this and they asked for me to send a photo of what I did receive . I did this and now they have not responded to me . I have sent a few email’s and they just ignore.!!!!!
Please do not buy from them . Since then I have looked around and you can get the same items they are selling at a fraction of the cost with better customer service .

I’ve purchased a couple of items from Car Diffusers and they have been spot on. The items arrived as expected and there oils smell great. Now going to purchase their spray to see if that’s as good as the oils and I’m guessing it will be.
