I cancelled my subscription in Feb 2025 and have noticed only recently that they have still been debiting my account sometimes $16 sometimes $61!
I have raised a dispute with my Bank as this is unacceptable. I am in Financial Hardship hence why I stopped the subscription! Do not subscribe!

I have request numerous times to cancel with no luck and keep getting their automated response of no help to me. I cannot even log in with my email used to their website.

I have been scammed 3 times by Cardimate. They get you to sign up for cardiac monitoring then every so often sneak money out of your bank account using details of your debit card. They refuse to give a refund of the unauthorised payment. Looking at the person (Illia) I dealt with he has different photo identities on the website so they are fake. I informed the bank and police of the scam

By far the biggest scam company that ever existed. You cancel your subscription and they still charge you saying that it needs to be cancelled on the web sight. They won’t refund you. Their customer service is disgusting and so are their lack of morals. I had to cancel my bank card so they wouldn’t keep charging me. BEWARE.

DO NOT USE…. It is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel subscription and they take over $50 a fortnight .. I am so upset 😞

Deceptive subscription practices. DO NOT TRY. APP IS NOT HELPFUL.

Been trying to cancel my subscription since my December login to the app doesn't matter still taking money from my account for 3 months so don't take the free trial it's cost me about $120.00 and still can't get it cancelled !!

I seem to have the same issues as many people. I signed up for the free trial and was charged 11.99 and 19.99. I cancelled the free trial and trying to cancel anything that has to do with them. I can’t get in using any login options. I will be filing a claim with PayPal to get a refund. What a scam
Now that the company has responded, I seem to have gotten the same answers as others. They say I bought 2 subscriptions, why would I do that when I was on a free trial period. They will not refund me, but I did get everything cancelled. Stay away from this company

BEWARE!! It is easy to get in but hard to get out! I’ve been trying to close my account since December!!

Shame on Cardimate! They took advantage of a military family by charging us $51.98 per month for several months. Keep away from this scam of a company!

Another scam. I signed up for the free trial, was charged $19.99 and $11.99 in Dec. After I realized this does not measure bp, I followed their instructions on how to cancel - which was to check your Apple subscriptions to see if there is an account associated with this. There wasn't so I thought it was cancelled. Then in Jan was billed for $51.98. Have opened a dispute with my credit card company and hopefully this will be resolved. I also sent an email to the company but not expecting any answer. Just hoping they will stop withdrawing so much money from my account every month

Terrible, they keep taking money from my account even though I no longer have a subscription

Reply from Cardimate
All their responses are fake. Don’t believe them. Ask your Doctor what they think. Don’t be fooled by wnat seems to be a kind and caring individual as they’re only after your money!!

There is nobody to contact in terms of support - it is a scam. I'm going to get in touch with the bank to see if I can block them.
Update: Cardimate got in touch with me quickly and refunded half my subscription. They also cancelled my subscription as requested.

I paid for the first week and before the week was up I cancelled as I didn’t wish to continue. I looked at the app and it said my subscription was cancelled but when I looked at my bank account I was charged £41.06. I contacted my bank but there was nothing they could do as the money had gone. How do I get a refund for this? I can’t even use the app as it’s cancelled so I want my money back!!

Reply from Cardimate
This is a fraudulent site. Don’t buy into it. They give the impression that this app can measure your blood pressure. It can’t. All it really does is track your BP data that you gave to manually input. They also purposely make it difficult for you to cancel a recurring payment. I also suddenly got an unauthorized charge of 39.99 after I subscribed. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

This is a scam!! Sent them an email to cancel 2 weeks ago and yesterday they charged my account 52.86!!!! This is a very shoddy company. I’m very disappointed. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau!!
