The package arrived on time and in good shape. I haven’t been able to connect with anyone yet, but it did sync with my Indian Roadmaster and phone right away.
Important piece of equipment to have
Great system to have on you when you ride. Easy connection every time. Sounds great and people can’t even tell I’m on my bike when they call me.
Not good for backcountry snowmobiling
Music sounds good and intercom feature is good for super close range. I can see why these are more marketed to bike users. We use them snowmobiling and if you are out of sight of the other users the intercom connection sucks….

The cardo keeps losing connection with…
The cardo keeps losing connection with the phone. I even had to remove the cardo app because the unit would not hold the connection. when lost, it does not reconnect unless I turn it off and back on.

Right product, wrong customer name…
The items I purchased were correct but some how you messed up the name. It wasn’t even close to my name. The post office held it because the adress was right but the name was wrong. If I hadn’t come looking for it they were going to send it back.

This order was screwed up from day one. I ordered 2 headsets and was charged for 2 headsets, 1 showed up addressed to the reseller, not me. I almost returned it as I didn’t realize what the package was. When I attempted to contact Cardo, the customer support page had zero information on it. It literally said customer support and nothing else. When I sent an email for customer support, I received an auto reply that essentially told me you would get back to me later with a snarky “always there” slogan on it. Customer service is a joke with this company. I was going to order from Amazon but thought the experience would be better through Cardo. I was sadly mistaken. I hope the product is far better than the customer service. I am told my second headset is on its way to me, but I have yet to see it.

I like your Cardo Edge but the battery in one of my units doesn’t last.

DO NOT BUY!!!!! you have been warned. Cardo will not deal with you or respond to you if your unit is faulty. Guess what.... there are no contact numbers, no complaint departments. I have spent over x1 week daily emailing the support line but still no response. If you buy the cardo unit from Amazon, and you are UK based, you have no chance of getting anywhere quick... i bought the duo slim unit, one works fine, the other will not connect to anything, even the app doesnt work... i keep getting an automated email saying try reseting, try reseting my phone, try updating the unit, and every time i reply saying it does not work so please explain how i return the unit, i no response. The unit is 3 months old, and never installed until now. but apperantly Cardo give upto 2 years warranty. But they dont tell you, its near impossible to claim a warranty, the closest i got was fill out this form to get an authorisation number for warranty claim, which i done and guess what! they replied and said sorry.... you bought it through amazon, so you cant claim through us, you need to start the process again.......So, its a lottery, buy one and hope and orey it works, or throw your money down a drain and walk away.

I ordered a 2nd helmet kit and a half helmet kit... small package, total $151.11. There was a sale saying 'free shipping'. It arrived COD with $71 in shipping charges. I won't buy Cardo anymore.

Used way too much packaging for the Velcro pieces I ordered, which came in packs of 2 when I needed 3 which is wasteful and annoying (and took forever both to pack and ship but it was close to the holidays so whatever).
