We changed over 12 months ago and Eric has been excellent in his support. Promptly responds to any queries and picks up any messages, providing good advice and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

We have been a customer for 4 years and Steve has always looked after us with the best customer service, always willing to help answer questions and do his best for us. When it was time for renewal there was no question about us staying and Steve again did his best for us and then handed us over to Eric for the actual renewal process. Eric’s customer service is just as great as Steve’s. He really took care of us and made the process very easy. We had some technical issues connecting to our till system but nothing was too much trouble for Eric and he persevered with us remotely until the issue was resolved. I would definitely recommend Eric, Steve and the entire team for all aspects of card reader services.

Eric looked after us superbly, he got us away from a very expensive long term contract and saved us money on our rates, I can highly recommend Eric and Yorkshire Card Services.

Truly excellent customer service from Eric Shackleton, Eric has always been willing to help and quick to respond. On Friday last our card machine failed and we were in something of a panic at 4:50pm on Friday before Christmas in my Toy shop. I called Eric explained the issue and he offered a solution, sending us a new machine would take too long so Eric drove over on Saturday morning and had us up and running before our busiest day of the year begun. This is the service we all need when things go wrong. 5 star experience very happy to recommend Cardpay365.

Recently we have encountered someone using a stolen card . Everyone was informed including our local card machine representative.

Out of everyone he went above and beyond his job specification. He explained everything we would have to do , and when a certain bank tried to make us pay extra for something that wasn’t our fault he helped us to resolve this.

This has been a stressful time for us and to be honest if it wasn’t for him I don’t know what we would have done.
