pretty straight forward

The search tools are pretty straight forward. I found (most) of what I was looking for fast.
As per the shipping rates, as I live in south america they tend to be on the higher end coming from the states, but I have been making purchases through ebay for the past decade and in some european countries the shipping through regular mail is considerably cheaper, so I found a couple of sellers that offer thar alternative with relative ease.

Great idea, terrible customer service

Used cardtrader.com multiple times now, when everything is good its fantastic, but whenever there is a problem their customer service is terrible. In a recent incident the cardtrader hub had lost purchased cards and then decided it was the customer responsibility to cover the cost of the increased pricing of replacement.

Great site on PC

I like the premise of shipping all the cards to one place then sending it to me in one package.
I also like the search functionality and how you can list out every version of the card easily.
4 stars instead of 5 because on mobile I had a cart I was slowly piecing together then it randomly emptied the cart and I had to start over. So I switched to PC and everything worked great.

Worse site ever

They let me pay for a pre order on deck of cards like 3 months in advance. Then once the product was released and shipped to there warehouse they wanted to add on a 37 to 42 dollars. Three months after paying for them. It's a total trash site will not ever use them again and if you were smart neither would you

Zero needs more upfront transparency…

Zero needs more upfront transparency around exact shipping cost. I still don’t know how much shipping I will be responsible for and that level of uncertainty is unnerving. The wishlist feature is also pretty clunky and unclear. I wish there was an easier way to save and name wishlists to keep in one spot.

Cardtrader zero servicio excelente

Es la segundo o tercera vez que compro en cardtrader y la verdad que me parece una web perfecta. Es muy sencillo crear tus listas de cartas, seleccionar versiones , estado etc y con el servicio de cardtrader Zero te ahorras un dineral en gastos de envío. En uno de los pedido hubo un problema con una carta y ellos mismos lo arreglaron eso si tardo bastante tiempo en resolverse el problema pero se agradece el no tener ni que preocuparte por eso.

Muy recomendable.

It's the second or third time I've made a purchase on CardTrader and I have to say that it's a perfect website. It's very easy to create your card lists, select versions, condition, etc. and with the CardTrader Zero service, you save a fortune on shipping costs. In one of the orders, there was a problem with a card and they themselves took care of it, which took a while to resolve, but it's great not to have to worry about it.

Their system is incredibly predatory to…

Their system is incredibly predatory to sellers. You pay higher fees and the CT0 shipments to their Hubs are paid from your own pocket, which makes zero sense. This in itself slashes the amount of sellers willing to put up with this, but it also increases the prices of cards and sealed product because the sellers need to find a way to pay for the shipment. then they charge customers insane amounts in shipping when half the shipping process is actually paid for by the seller, so in the end the buyer gets shafted too! everyone gets shafted EXCEPT: the people at cardtrader. Can't wait for cardmarket to go global so these leeches stop existing.

BEWARE: Prices seem great, shipping is slow and customer service won't respond

Prices seem great and product availability is good. The only problem is shipping times are confusing and seem insanely longer than other tcg markets. I'm still waiting for cards to reach the warehouse before they ship to me and its already been over a week on the oldest stuff I ordered.
Addendum: I have been trying to reach guest services for almost a week since I paid for shipping and nothing has moved beyond label created and no one has responded to my emails.
