Cardtrader Zero experience was great. Great app to manage everything from selection to ordering cards. Cardtrader Zero is a fantastic idea. Let's see if the order and everything else get processed well, but it's been a great experience so far.

Big Scam especcially if you are a seller.

I ordered a card that is in high demand and the seller tried to cancel the next day, the card has already risen over 10 euros over night so obviously i declined the request. Another day later i saw that an admin just cancelled the order without my agreement. This is a TERRIBLE way to treat your buyers and i would highly recommend to never use this pathetic website

Dismissed my ask and details and told me to be patient. They have tracking for ups and all that has been done is the label has been printed. The support person told me has been shipped and when asked to confirm i was told be patient, after a month of waiting and several months of the cardds to arrive to the warehouse. No response back after a rather irritated response from an email sent to me quoting their TOS and telling me to be patient. All i asked for was visbility on my package being dropped off as all the tracking has said for a month is "printed label" no dropoff or anything on a pile of cards around 100 bucks. It isn't the cost, just the straight ignoring of my issue when askinng general questions of confirming the dropoff. This is also my very first package from them, I would not recommend their service if the support response is to just quote TOS and say be patient.

The attention of the client is very pleasent

The idea of a warehouse of card and clearing the client from the hassle of getting different providers into one place is just genius. Is a very robust way of buying from many people and getting one shipment with all.

Items arrived quickly, in good shape, and as advertised.

Everything's fine, everything's perfect

I loved shopping with this service, it was even better since I managed to add more cards to my order that I had forgotten. I only wish it was simpler to chose other versions of a card just so that I could filter by date of arrival, otherwise perfect service!

I’m still waiting for the delivery, but if I have to tell about the website experience, I’m more than happy to tell you that it was easy to find what I need and the site was very helpful with all the tasks.

I ran into issues concerning being logged out of my account and received help from their customer support within 48h. Got valuable help from Donny, couldn't recommend this service enough. Perfect for anything TCG related

They use to send to Serbia via CardTrader Zero and now i need to use servirse online for them to send the cards to them and then to me witch became very expensive and i stoped using them.
Allso my first account got hacked and i wrote a ticket to get it back that went nowere.

Top Quality

I've had various issues with card trader. From incorrect cards being sent through card trader zero, as well as them not being able to find replacements when ordered through zero, to literally months of waiting for them to source a card. My biggest gripe is they issue credits on failed orders that are less than the original order (order for 81 and change and they credit back 77) you have to email and threaten to charge back to get a proper refund. They issued me credits with reference numbers and then banned/suspended my account, so I can't verify the refunds were correct. Nightmare of a company to deal with.

The fast shipping and the quality of the cards. Also the package was really good sealed.

The support team was very attentive throughout the entire purchase, shipping and receiving, answering my questions and solving any minor unforeseen issues that happened.

Early on I had my doubts but after working with Donny and Marc. There continued communication and attention to by orders have left be a believer in CardTrader. I will continue to utilize this platform to purchase more of my one piece collectible tcg. Shoutout to Marc for his additional attention to detail to revising the accuracy of my products prior to shipment

I paid 88$CAD of shipping and fees for a 245$ 17 cards order. Innitial 8$ shipping to warehouse, than 53$ UPS (registred no choice over certain amount) and 27$ import charges. Support told me I can't split order to reduce the treshold for registred shipping and was not abble to put my cards from the warehouse for sale cause it was asking me to ship the cards to them even tho they where already in warehouse... I wish shipping prices would have been better advertised before I paid first step of my order and seller's side more user friendly. Was my first and last transaction with this service but note that in my case it was oversea shipping to Canada so Europe shipping must be way cheaper!
