FRAUD COMPANY! They bot and fake reviews. They wont respond to any questions and try to get bad reviews taken down. Kiss your money good bye when using these frauds

I had bought a card from them and they didnt even deliver. Their cards cant accept deposits or money whatsoever since they dont actually exist. Its a ploy to steal money off of you

Luckily I have initiated a chargeback so I wont be scammed and lose money to these scammers, and I recommend everyone to do the same so you dont lose any money to them

To use this card I was recommended by my close friend. She told me to be careful about the money what are loaded by neoserf coupons. Unfortunately, it happened with me. I loaded 4 coupons by 100 euro, as a result it was loaded only 3 by 100 euro. I did not take attention about that because started to use this card in a supermarket, buying the train tickets, etc. And I loaded again 3 coupons for 100 euro. When I started to count I realised that the last 3 ones and 1 previous one were not loaded. I wrote the letter about that to the VERITAS site. The answer was:it is a very convenient way to use neoserf coupons, we apologise for this inconvenience, and we will solve this problem as soon as possible. Now already more than 3 days passed, but I still do not have this money(400 euro) at my account.
So, I am not the only one and the first person who suffers from this unfair actions from this site. It looks like the site were created to steal money but not to help everybody to use all services of VERITAS card. I am very disappointed.

From all of the cards that I’ve used so far this one is my favorite, as a Businessman, I travel a lot and I don’t always have the ability to go to the bank for finance paper and with this card all I have to do is visit this site!

don't use this site .. i lost a lot of money here .. for example : verify your account they took 1 week + 8 euros ... also they took 5 euros for every bank transfer (even 0.05 euros received) !!!!!!! ..really a catastrophic site ..

I have created the account at the platform of VERITAS CARD.
One time I added the amount of 400 euro via neoserf coupons. And the amount did not load into my account for 1 week, then, I connected to the “help department”. It looked as this platform tiles by totally artificial intelligence:I got for 3 further weeks the same answer:”you applied at the proper department “. That is all.
I was waited for 2 and a half months.
Then I wrote the negative review at your(this one) site.
After a week of this my review - the amount was loaded.
Strange game... but thanks a lot - I got my money back after 3 months waiting.
Now, 5 days ago I decided to do this experience again. I loaded 100 euro via neoserf coupon. It was successful- in 2 hours money was at my account.
After 3 days I decided to add 300 euro via neoserf coupons. And again...
The team(or artificial intelligence)of VERITAS card stole my money again(300 euro).
Again-I am writing the letters I’d help to the technical and client’s department. No answers at all.
And, I decided to write to this site again.
VERITAS card has been trying still to steal money. No any answers to the letters of help.
I assume, the card is convenient as you can add cash via neoserf coupons.
I hope I can continue my using this card.
But, I only would like to note: as soon as amount is more thann100 euro-they try to steal the smount without any explanation, without answering to your letters.
I presume- you agree with me-totally in confidential service. Difficult to trust.
Better to fine another kind of prepaid card than to scare about stealing your money.
VERITAS card steals money. That is my second experience(as I still trust them after my first stealing experience with this financial platform VERITAS card).

Poor. This all started back near the beginning of October. Paid for the card plus a small top this did not appear on the balance. Then did a Neosurf top up for £50 and this did not appear on the balance. After query these amounts appeared. Then sent a £200 SEPA transfer on 22nd October, 2020. Still not on my account. Having queried this I was told it was pending and I would need to upgrade my card from basic to classic. I have upgraded card and still no funds received from 22nd October, 2020.

I liked the look of the card so thought i'd give it a go.

I urge you not to get involved with Veritas unless you are a very patient person.

There are plenty of pre paid cards out there that function correctly and are easier to top up.

Great website for card application, it is just easy beasy to get a card, and moreover, you will get a virtual one as a bonus, it is just awesome.
