Please beware of this veritas card services once you put money into the card your money will stuck or they nick your money since June my 200€ stuck and i try to contact all way they never answered phone call and never reply my email..... still waiting

Not to be trusted!
I activated the a card as per instruction but it never work. I cannot use it for online purchase nor in shops or ATM. However every time the card got refused they deduct 0.50 Euro. I could never get a hold of their customer service and never receive reply on online ticket system either. I have 200 Euro stucked in their system with no way of using it. I regret buying the Veritas Card and I suggest to everyone not to use it !!!

There is no support at all, they suspend your account and keep your money, without any reasons.
You can try to contact them, however without sucess.

Unacceptable - They kept 2000€ and don t answer since april
Unacceptable.
Beware that they consider that it s not your money anymore.
My card was blocked in april with more than 2000€ on it.
I did send all the paper they are asking but i never had an answer on the matter.
They are keeping the 2000€ without reason neither answer. I ever propose them to wire the money to my personal bank account but without success.
