Nourish care planning is just awful to use .Its difficult to find information quickly ,its not ituitive at all .They keep changing it which just makes things harder .I wish we still had pcs .

The trainer took time to take us through all the necessary information we requested.
It was a training session arranged through the CarePlanner ticket system. We were allowed to ask questions during the session for clarity and a better understanding of some complex areas. It was so informative and extra information has been sent by email.

Everything about the care planner is about making care co-ordination simpler. Using the care planner has made my life so easier. It is amazing. I am so grateful to Rob for taking time out of his day to assist me to fully understand the care planner and all its benefits. I would highly recommend.

The app is clear and easy to use. We are able to keep track of our carers to help provide a better service for the clients by being able to monitor lateness etc.
The admin side is pretty straightforward and can be tailored to the companies needs

Excellent training and accessibility.
The people at Care Planner are very accessible if we need to contact them and very pleasant when we do. Nothing is too much trouble and no problem too insignificant to be dealt with. The training is excellent and very clear and they make a recording and send it to us so we can go over it again if we have to remind ourselves. We have been very pleased with them and would recommend them.
