Care.Com has been a wonderful site for me to find nanny jobs and build good connections and relationships with families

I did receive interest, which was great. There were some issues with how the responses were done. Some contacts messages went to care.com and not to the giver so responses were slow or non existence. Some care givers weren't able to do hours or decided commute was to long after contact even though hours and location was given in request. I was able to set up some interviews and most did keep those times. I did make a hire and training has gone well.

This is a great site to find clients on but, some of the functions do not always work properly. I have tried to change my bio and it keeps using the old one and I tried to change my hours and it would not let me switch the a.m. or p.m. otherwise it's great!

I have found my best clients and it is also easy to navigate the site.

Care is a blessing. It's structure allows room for growth. The opportunities are endless. The places it takes you with families while being there nanny help the the family but also gives you the chance to support children while they travel, babies to experience all milestones and stages of infancy. The best part is you are able to have a safe place to share your passion to teach, grow, and development young minds. Thank you Care.

I've had only positive experiences through care.com

My career has been caring for people, then while raising my son, I branched off and became an adjuster, claims resolution and billing specialist. I recently became semi-retired from office work. But now I’m able to get back into direct patient care. Care.com has been a wonderful avenue for me to be able to get back into it, help others who need it and nothing makes me happier. I am so grateful that I chose the right partner to get back into caring for others. I now have a position that works for me personally, and I’m able to assist others. It’s only 3 days a week, and I was able to leave the rat race. I’m so thankful, and I appreciate Care.com so much!!

good website but difficult to maneuver

Excellent vetting process, low subscription cost, easy to contact support and get help with any member issues! I've had tremendous success using care.com as a provider and for hiring caregivers.

I am a new babysitter on the Care app, and I was able to get four babysitting jobs.

I'm a childcare provider and Care.com has led me to some great families over the years. The site is easy to navigate both for providers and those seeking childcare. I love that now most features are available on the app.

Care com has been my go to as a childcare/senior care provider for yrs. They have excellent customer service and will inform you if someone on the site has been removed so you can best know how to move forward if you are in contact with them . They really look out for everyone using their site. I have gotten so many lovely family from Care,and am hoping to have many more.

Quick jobs and secure

Hi, there are just 1 or 2 people who responded to my job. There are no pictures I can put in - to show the house sitter the house or animals they will take care of. There is also no policy what happens, if they cancel before the stay. So even if I write out a contract, if they cancel, there are whole vacations ruined. The payment for just finding a petsitter/year is way too much.
I love trustedhousesitters.com, where there are policies in place, in case a sitter drops out. Also the payment over $100/day for house sitting is way overpriced, esp. since I have to pay for each additional pet (having 3 pets)

The platform is straightforward and easy to use. It provides enough information for both families and caregivers to get started and connect. I had a seamless experience scheduling a video interview, receiving reminders, and completing the background check. I may have gotten lucky, but I found a position that worked for me within a week of joining the platform. Overall, I had a very positive experience using it.

Finding the right support for a loved one can feel overwhelming, but our experience with Care.com has been truly wonderful. Through the platform, we were able to find a part-time caregiver for our mom who lives just a minute away in the same neighborhood. Knowing that someone caring, compassionate, and nearby is there to help has made such a difference for our family.
Having a helper come once a week gives us incredible peace of mind. She assists my mom with errands, light cleaning, and other small tasks around the house, while also providing something just as important—companionship. The relationship they’ve built has been so meaningful, and it’s clear that my mom genuinely looks forward to their time together.

they’ve helped me be able to build my cleaning business from the ground up when i moved across country. they are amazing. it makes me feel so safe knowing the do back round checks. they have been an amazing tool to use. i would recommend to anyone and everyone!
