Crooks. All I got was an account I couldn’t use because of their bizarre practice of requiring further verification post-payment and sign up process.
May as well have bought a bicycle while they keep the seat. 30 messages from Nannies I cannot respond to. Butt juice service.

Absolutely awful company I bought a one month pass they have just taken another month's payment... Beware of this when you sign up.

I made a very specific post with what I needed and got several replies- My post was for a caregiver for my aging parents and it made it so much easier to have qualified people reach out to me instead of me having to sift through many agencies and resumes.

Signed up for what was supposed to be a three month subscription. Turns out it's an automatic renewal every 3 months. This information wasn't clear in the initial sign up. When you try to get reimbursed they refuse to provide a refund. Not a trust worthy company with poor customer service. When attempting to locate a caregiver most that applied were sub par at best and never hired anyone through their service.
Stay far away from this company

I was looking for a caregiver help and my experience was so agreeable. An easy app, and when I had doubts my questions were answered. Yes, I personally recommend this application.

Very hard to find a job.

Been a care member since 2012. Have loved it ever since. Never cancel. That just shows you how great they are.

The app is great to connect with people looking for childcare! They make it a lot easier with the description/layout of the job with hours and general location which is great to look at when picking jobs. One thing I would change is to give us the option to decline jobs instead of having to scroll through finding the same job over and over when it doesn’t work for us. Another thing is to allow us to block off days on a calendar so our customers can see that rather than having to tell them I’m free all week just not these days. Other than that the app is great and useful and I love that they preform background checks and I have yet to have a hard or distasteful family to work for!!

Lots of job and clients respond to your messages.

My daughter decided that this is something I needed and I think she was absolutely right. My only issue was trying to figure out the website after we made an offer and it was declined. Several other people contacted me and I didn’t know how to say no. The young woman who comes weekly has been terrific. She is very attentive to detail and goes above and beyond. Thank you.

This site takes the stress out of finding intermittent pet care. Having background checked people to communicate with and set up meeting times is so very helpful. Thank you!

I have found two amazing caregivers for my aging mother and her eight (8!) dogs. As you can imagine, that's a tough role to fill. I appreciate that Care let's me state exactly what I'm looking for, that they pre-screen folks, and that ultimately - I have the ability to make the right pick.

Awful1 Fraudulent! Beware! They charge you for "recurrent membership" without authorization. A real scam. I never would have agreed to that. Apparently this scan got them into trouble with the FTC and they had to pay $8 million. Given these fraudulent practices, I would question the credibility of background checks etc...Watch Out! use altenative websites

I really like Care.Com. I've gotten several great childcare positions over the past three years. It is secure and safe. I continue to use it for jobs in childcare, eldercare, and pet care. I pay for the premium so my profile will be visible sooner when people are looking. They also give great tips on interviewing.
