So refreshing to encounter a skilful tech repair professional who is also friendly, helpful and does the job swiftly and well. Sebastian clearly explained the phone repair I needed (an iPhone with broken back glass and bent chassis). He booked me in and ordered the parts, and carried out the repair perfectly in the time promised - and for a reasonable price. I've previously gone to two other independent iPhone repair businesses in Exeter, who didn't impress me with their dismissive attitudes and obfuscation. Taking my phone to Sebastian was the right choice. I'm recommending Care4IT to all my friends. Thank you for great service, Sebastian.

Sebastian replaced my hard drive, which had a malware infection and multiple other issues. Sebastian is courteous and approachable and I had my laptop back in full working order 24 hours after taking it in. He patiently explained everything that needed doing. Excellent service.

Mine had a complete blackout. When I took it to Sebastian he told me that the problem is behind the screen and that has to be removed to get to the issue. I trusted him and he managed to fix it. I am super happy 😁.

I contacted Seb on a Saturday morning as my laptop had a problem (Wifi stopped working due to a driver conflict). He accepted to fix it and kindly allowed me to deliver the laptop to his shop outside his working hours. He fixed it in a couple of days and, again, allowed me to collect the laptop from his store outside his working hours. I think he is an honest and competent professional who is keen help his customers even outside his working hours. Marco

Very pleased with the service I received from Care4 IT . Very professional, helpful and polite, very convenient location as well. I had some issues with my iPhone and overheating issues on my PS4, and all problems was fixed quickly and on time .Price on their service is also very very good. I would highly recommend this company.

Phoned Care4it on Saturday morning not expecting to get an answer to my problem but how wrong can you be, spoke to Sebastian who's knowledge was Superb within two emails he managed to diagnose my Camera problem, well done Sebastian would not have any hesitation in contacting them again may any future IT problems. I found Sebastian extremely knowledgeable and helpful when my hard drive crashed. Saved all my data and installed a new solid state hard drive. Must be 10 times faster machine now.
